"In various places our ui refers to 'reported mammograms' to mean the mammograms that the participant has told us about. 'Reported' already has a specific meaning in screening, so this risks being confusing or ambiguous or misleading."
Expanded to cover 'reported symptoms' as well. Have updated all identified instances from this search:
